Platform International Animation Festival and Animation Installations

PNCA becomes the hub for the Platform International Animation Festival’s installations. Platform is a new competitive festival and symposium. Platform provides a major contemporary forum in the United States for the international animation community and a platform for new ideas, debates and discussions, including innovative ways of displaying animation – from cell phones to the sides of buildings.
Sponsored by Cartoon Network, Platform highlights the latest and brightest in the world of animation and will feature a juried show and animation installations at PNCA along with screenings and workshops at Portland Center for Performing Arts. For more information visit www.platformfestival.com.
