Informing Tradition
This holiday gift-giving season, The Gallery at Museum of Contemporary Craft in partnership with Pacific Northwest College of Art presents Informing Tradition: Functional Ceramics From Seven Oregon Makers. This retail feature in the Museum’s sales gallery includes ceramic artists of varied generations and influences. Makers range from the established and influential Wally Schwab, to David Piper, who infuses the modern angles of his architecture practice into his ceramic work. Featured Artists: Richey Bellinger (Portland), Barb Campbell (Corvallis), Victoria Christen (Portland), Kowkie Durst (Portland), Sam Morgan (Portland), David Piper (Portland), Wally Schwab (Aloha).
