Paintings by Arvie Smith & Quilts by Adriene Cruz and Joan Gaither
In celebration of Black History Month PNCA is proud to present the work of Faculty and Alumni Arvie Smith and fellow artist in residence at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum in Baltimore Joan Gaither. These pieces were created while Arvie and Joan were the artists in residence at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum in Baltimore, Maryland last year.
Also in this exhibit is the work of Adriene Cruz; a nationally-acclaimed artist residing in Portland, Oregon, who is known for her vibrant meditation quilts.
