Payment of Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees are due in full prior to the start of each semester. Deferred payments may be allowed on a case by case basis. Balances must be paid in full on or before the last day of class during the semester for which tuition payments have been deferred. A service fee will be charged for any deferred payments.
Refund Schedule
Refunds are calculated on the following schedule for students who have officially withdrawn from PNCA:
| Official withdrawal before the first week of classes: | 100% of tuition refunded |
| Official withdrawal during: first week of classes |
90% of tuition refunded |
| Second week of classes | 80% of tuition refunded |
| Third week of classes | 70% of tuition refunded |
| Fourth week of classes | 60% of tuition refunded |
| Fifth week of classes | 50% of tuition refunded |
| Sixth week of classes | 40% of tuition refunded |
| Seventh week of classes | 30% of tuition refunded |
| Eigth week of classes | 20% of tuition refunded |
| Ninth week of classes | 10% of tuition refunded |
No tuition refunds will be made for students officially withdrawing after the ninth week of classes, or for those students who unofficially withdraw. Refunds apply to tuition only; fees are not refundable. Tuition and fees cannot transfer to another semester, nor will PNCA reduce tuition due to absence from class, regardless of reason. The Financial Aid Office calculates refund amounts for all students. PNCA follows the Return of Title IV Funds policy with regard to the return of federal (Title IV) student financial aid. Students should be aware that they may owe a balance to PNCA if they officially withdraw from school; the amount of that balance will be determined by the Financial Aid Office in accordance with the Refund Policy stated above and the Return of Title IV Funds policy as stated in the Higher Education Amendments of 1998.
