The Office of the Registrar as the School Certifying Official (SCO) supports veterans through the process of applying for benefits, and certifies enrollment with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) each semester.
The VA website also has an online application for VA benefits. Once approved to receive benefits, the recipient will receive a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from the VA.
In acknowledgement of your service we are waiving your deposit fee.
We ask that you submit the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to the Office of the Registrar. Eligible veterans and eligible family members of veterans must be accepted into the Undergraduate or Graduate programs to be eligible to receive VA benefits.
Any veteran receiving VA benefits while attending PNCA is required to obtain transcripts from all previously attended schools including military transcripts and submit them to the school prior to enrollment for review of prior credit.
Please contact the Office of the Registrar directly for more detailed instructions on how to apply for benefits, or how benefits may be applied at PNCA.
For general questions about VA education benefits and eligibility, you may contact the Department of Veterans Affairs at:

PNCA is a proud participant in the Post-9/11 GI Bill Yellow Ribbon Program. We are committed to insure that tuition and all eligible fees are funded for a certified Yellow Ribbon student.
PNCA participates with Vocational Rehabilitation Education Assistance Program (VR&E Chapter 31)
A Veteran who is eligible for an evaluation under Chapter 31 must first apply for services and receive an appointment with their local Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC). PNCA in collaboration with the Counselor and the eligible Student certifies enrollment and eligible tuition and fees.
